Jess is great ! I woke up with some neck pain and didn’t think much about it but after a few a days I decided to contact her. Jessica Ward, owner of The Lotus Room KC, is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, a Group Exercise Instructor, and an NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. Jessica also has a BA in Sociology and Psychology from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

She's been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 10 years and is dedicated to educating others on obtaining and maintaining a healthy body - physically, mentally, and emotionally.  She specializes in functional training, mobility, assisted stretch, weight loss, life and healthy habit coaching.
